A structured build into your next race. Pacing intervals, station capacity work, and taper week. You'll leave knowing your target splits by heart.

  • Base engine — aerobic development and station technique
  • Threshold — race-pace intervals, sled economy
  • Specific — full simulations, transition drills, taper

Hybrid Strength

Ongoing·3 sessions / week·Intermediate +

Compound strength — squat, deadlift, press — wrapped in the conditioning that makes it race-useful. The base that holds every other block together.

  • Lower — squat / hinge / lunge + sandbag carries
  • Upper — press / pull / accessory + ski erg intervals
  • Full — Olympic complexes + wall ball ladders

Doubles Squad

8 weeks·3 sessions / week·Pairs

Made for the Doubles division. Train the handoffs, split the work, know your partner's pace better than your own.

  • Partnered pacing — matched splits and honest conversations
  • Station splits — who does what, when, and why
  • Race simulation — full Doubles timing + strategy calls

Beginner On-Ramp

Brand new to Hyrox or returning to training? This is the ramp. We'll introduce every station, build running tolerance, and prep you for the full class list.

  • Station intros — technique, safety, why it matters
  • Run-walk intervals — build continuous 5 km
  • First simulation — a confidence-building mini-Hyrox

How we program

Three phases.
Every block.

Every Hyrox Prep block moves through the same three phases — base, threshold, specific. We adjust intensity, volume and focus each week so you peak at the right time.

Base

Aerobic development, station technique, strength foundation. Weeks 1–2.

02

Threshold

Race-pace intervals, sled economy, contrast strength. Weeks 3–4.

03

Specific

Full and half simulations, transitions, taper. Weeks 5–6.
